"You're Overqualified." Compliment or Criticism?

I mentioned in a recent post how a potential employer referred to me as being "overqualified" for a position I had interviewed for. That statement was the springboard for this blog. Today I came across this article written by David E. Ross. He offers advice about how to respond when told you're overqualified by a prospective employer. It's a little dated, but I found the information to be relevant, and quite humorous.
